What happens if it rains a lot or the weather is very bad on the day of the visit?
Our main goal is for our clients to always enjoy their experience with us to the fullest. Should weather conditions be an inconvenience, we will always try to find a favorable solution.
How many people does a group consist of?
Our groups consist of a maximum of 6 people, so that activities are always carried out with the highest quality.
Can we meet the guide directly at the hotel or elsewhere in the city?
Yes, we can meet our guide directly at your hotel, within a radius of 2 km from the city center. For any other changes we are always ready to find solutions.
Are these visits advisable for children?
If you think your child cannot handle the entire itinerary, we recommend choosing shorter tours or more fun experiences for your child.
What are the policies and conditions?
- You can choose a Tour, Experience or Transfer or several options at once.
- We will contact you to present the itinerary of what you have selected.
- We will present you with the total price payable, which you must pay at 30% of the reservation, and the rest of the amount can be paid upon check-in.
- We will send you details to make payment, which can be made by bank transfer.
- The remaining amount to be paid will be paid upon receipt of the chosen activity.
- TRANSFERS – Payment for transfers can be made entirely in cash at the time of transfer.

What are the cancellation policies?
- Cancellation or change requests should be sent by e-mail to info@tourtosicily.com so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the activity: no charge. The total amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before activity or no-show: 100% of total amount paid. The amount paid will not be refunded.
