Service Policies

What are the policies and conditions?
  • You can choose a Tour, Experience or Transfer or several options at once.
  • We will contact you to present the itinerary of what you have selected.
  • We will present you with the total price payable, which you must pay at 30% of the reservation, and the rest of the amount can be paid upon check-in.
  • We will send you details to make the payment, which can be made by bank transfer.
  • The remaining amount to be paid will be paid upon receipt of the chosen activity.
  • TRANSFERS – Payment for transfers can be made entirely in cash at the time of transfer.
What are the cancellation policies?
  • Cancellation or change requests should be sent by e-mail to info@tourtosicily.com so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before the activity: no charge. The total amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before activity or no-show: 100% of total amount paid. The amount paid will not be refunded.
