Ditta only collects data that the user voluntarily provides through the contact form and browsing data.
Among the data voluntarily provided by the user, personal data such as:

telephone;

Instead, use is made of session (non-persistent) cookies in a manner strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Ditta processes personal data that you have provided through the Site in connection with your use of the Site.
In particular, personal data may be used to formulate commercial offers pertaining to the contact request received.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
Ditta will retain the data provided by the user in the terms required by current legislation and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the services requested.
In particular, the data provided by the user through the contact form will not be transferred to any database, but will remain stored in the email server of Ditta (residing within member states of the European community).
In the event that, such data, are used to formulate quotations and/or commercial offers, these will be stored together with the commercial offer produced on the computer systems of Ditta and on the Cloud with servers located within member states of the European community).
Both e-mail and document archives normally are deleted after 10 years.
SECURITY AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The transfer, storage and processing of user data that are collected through the Site are ensured through the appropriate technical measures. All archives containing data are password protected, and in addition, the e-mail archiving server and cloud document archive are delivered over an HTTPS encrypted connection.
DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
Ditta does not transfer the collected personal data to third parties. However, Ditta may provide the user’s data to third parties for certain processes such as for the purpose of providing the user with advice in specific fields in response to the user’s requests, or to partner companies for the commissioning of a subcontracted work/service, or to its consultants for billing and accounting purposes should the business relationship come to fruition. Only in these cases, in fact, Ditta may transmit part of the user’s data to third parties who will process the user’s personal data in full compliance with current regulations.
User data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Only if Ditta is required to do so by law will personal data be provided to the relevant authorities.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Data subjects have the right to obtain from Ditta, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations). The appropriate application to the Authority shall be made by contacting the Data Processor at Firm , at the addresses given at the head of this document under ” DATA CONTROLLER “
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for in Art. 77 of the Regulations themselves, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulations).
